The choice of dishes is not very vast, while the wine list offers a wide variety.From the platters to the first courses, carefully prepared and presented, the food is truly exquisite. From these the high quality of the products and raw materials shines through. Very professional service and attentive to customer needs, you are literally "treated with white gloves". The service regarding the choice of wines was also highly appreciated, recommending the right pairings, characteristics and similar wines for the same price ranges. I had the pleasure of visiting last week and I must say it was an amazing experience.Their new charcuterie and cheese board is simply amazing. Every bite is a true delight, with authentic flavors that will make your mouth water. Even if it costs a little more (around 50), it is definitely worth it because the quality is truly exceptional.Furthermore, the staff is kind and attentive, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. If you add a bottle of wine, the bill can reach around 70-80 for two people, but for a special evening like this, I'd say it's a fair price.In summary, if you want to enjoy an unforgettable evening with excellent food and a unique atmosphere in a historic residence, I highly recommend you try Tenuta Marciano. What can I say, everything was simply perfect.The location of Tenuta Marciano is located in a historic building in Durazzano where there is a spectacular cellar with an important wine list and the owner, a truly polite person, passionately explains the importance of the cellar which plays in the refinement of the wine.Even the staff is no exception where we were welcomed and served in a truly impeccable way.As regards the food and wine part, we had adhered to their formula that they offered for that evening, with a vast menu of really good appetizers, first course (cheese and beans), second course (lamb cooked at a low temperature) and dessert all paired with Irpinia wines (even a Taurasi Mastroberardino 1995)The quality was greatAll you have to do is go there

We chose the tasting menu, with a series of excellent appetizers, two first courses, a second course of meat and a trio of desserts. High quality raw materials and high technique in the preparation of dishes. Wide choice of wines. A professional, attentive and courteous service. Excellent value for money.Absolutely worth trying.

We went to this fantastic location on Saturday evening.A nineteenth-century estate where you can enjoy traditional dishes with a modern twist.The location is truly beautiful and evocative with matching period accessories that blend perfectly with modern furnishings.We tasted various dishes, all cooked to perfection, not to mention the high quality of the products found on the cold cuts and cheese platters.However, the pearl for me is certainly the truly beautiful garden but even more so there was the possibility of visiting a truly quality cellar both for the labels present and for the conservation of the products.The owner Michele transmits to the diners all his passion for the world of food & beverage, which is greatly appreciated by me who am a bartender.The cellar boasts labels and vintages that I would say are not found everywhere in the area.The after-dinner service was also very popular, where we had the opportunity to taste a 1959 cognac while sitting near the fireplace.What else can we say about this place where you can feel the love and passion of the owners and all the staff?Try it to believe it

When you cross the threshold of Tenuta Marciano you enter a parallel universe, in which time slows down and relaxes.The telephone has little signal in the internal room, which is the one I recommend. And this is precisely the reason.A bottle of wine, a tasting menu and two hours of travel without getting up from your chair.Experimental food but with familiar flavours.Rich wine list, for all financial and palate needs.Michele is an excellent host, and the staff follows him without making a mistake.Super recommended!
